Scheduling Flags
NEEDS INPUT
The Day 3, 7:30–9:00 slot lists both "Rangomancha closes the conference before the Closing Ceremony" (Laya doc) and "Best Short Film Award presented within the Closing Ceremony, Auditorium, 7:30–9:00" (Drishya doc). These read as sequential (Rangomancha, then Closing Ceremony with the three awards/pledge board inside it), but the exact run-of-show and minute-level timing needs to be confirmed with whoever owns the Closing Ceremony format – right now it's not written down anywhere as one sequence.
NEEDS INPUT
Day 3, 11:00–12:30 has four parallel tracks running at once (Sankalpa Pitch Table, Shabd Translation for the World, Drishya Programme I, Drishya Dialogue) across four different rooms. Worth double-checking this is the intended density before it goes on a public schedule – a delegate interested in more than one of these has to choose.
